Your furniture will arrive in a few easy to manage pieces. Most chairs come in 4 parts and all large pieces are pre-assembled. Generally, our products are partially assembled on arrival and come with detailed assembly instructions. The folding Adirondack chair comes pre-assembled. If you need help with product assembly or have any questions, please contact us. For local Iowa customers, we do offer assembly services, please give us a call at (319)830-0143 if you are interested.

What is the "limited" in the

Limited Lifetime Warranty?

The warranty is limited to damage occurring the course of normal use.

What is our furniture made of?

WeatherallTM poly lumber. Our poly lumber furniture is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), a plastic resin made from recyclable plastic materials such as milk jugs. Poly Lumber will never need to be painted or stained, it will not rot or splinter, and contains added UV protection to resist fading. It will not promote bacterial growth or mildew, and will remain unharmed from snow and rain, year after year. Poly Lumber furniture is not affected by most corrosive substances and features stainless steel hardware.

Our furniture is manufactured in Chilton, Wisconsin and is constructed using only quality materials while practicing sustainability. Weatherall Poly Lumber is PVC-Free, it includes no additives, fiberglass, or lead. It is non-allergenic and completely safe. Made from 95% recycled materials, it will not mold or mildew. All products are designed for maximum durability so as to never require storage space during cold weather.

Backyard Living will process your order immediately after it has been placed. Because your furniture may be custom built, we provide the guideline that your furniture will ship within 2 weeks. Often times the product is stocked and your shipping time will be less. We offer free ground shipping to our customers. Returns

At Backyard Living, we will return new, unused, and resalable items within 60 days of purchase. You pay the shipping charge to return the item(s) to us, and we'll credit you back the amount you paid for the product(s), minus our original shipping cost. An additional 40% restocking fee will be charged for any custom-ordered item(s).

Price Match Protection

If you find a product that we sell available at a lower price through another online retailer, we will match the price at the time of purchase. The item must be in stock at the competing site, and any shipping charges must be included in the total price comparison.
